Yukan Club - Same Shit - Miroku
Hey all.

I get that this is my writing journal and all, so posting to it is kinda pointless, but I thought I would let you all know that yes, I am alive. Thankfully I managed to miss the most of the floodwater, so that is all good and lucky as all hell. Just sucks cause I am in a hot zone, so where all the waters are receding, it is leaving behind all this mud which, of course, dries and becomes dust. It is all in the air, and with so much of our communities on the river, it means that fresh fruit and vegies and milk and the like are few and far between.

It is kinda odd, driving down the road looks like we’ve been through war. And then there is that childish part of me who wants to dress up and crawl around and be all zombie hunting commando in the dirty, crumbling suburban wasteland that Brisbane has become.

Fuck life; I wanna go back to Japan!

Unfortunately, just before I went away, my laptop started playing up big time. I didn’t really have the energy or time to get it seen to and now that I am home I am… well, just kinda over it. Most times it won’t start and then the times it does, it loads up and then just shuts down.

Why does this concern you? Well, all my bloody writing is on it. Fuck my life. Seriously.

I have most of Half Past Four uploaded online, just minus about 20 pages or so, so that is alright. But the zombie fic, Nom Nom, Bang Bang (my personal fucking favourite) is trapped on that computer. Ergh!

Rest assured that I am going to get it fixed and am hoping to all hell that they can pull files from it. But, these things take time, so sadly, I am going to have to say not to expect many updates from me for awhile. Especially between that, work starting up again tomorrow, going to Sydney and enrolling in language lessons.

Fuck my busy life.
Jin - Smoking
I hate coming home, I really do. Not to mention that I got sick over in japan, and now that I am home, it is like the heat and the fact that I no longer need to be on the go all the time has just made it ten times worse. First night back in Aus was hell with the heat and the coughing and the sickness and the aches and meh. Yesterday it gave the illusion of almost getting better and then today I have woken up with both ears blocked and my cough back and my joints just throbbing. I have a voice again though, so that is always good, and my nose has finally cleared up. So hey, yay for small mercies. Ha. I can talk, but can’t hear myself. It is like the world is against me or something.

Each time I come home it get harder to leave and harder to readjust here. Emo moment of ‘oh my god, it kills me a little each time’. But yeah, it kinda does. I think I am going to spend yet another depressed day on the couch, feeling sick and miserable and depressed as all hell and look into finances, the idea of a new, better paying job and Japanese lessons. October. That is my deadline. I want to be moving there for a working holiday by October.

Oh, and a heads up for the all Jrock fans; start saving and meet me there!! Inside scoop is that Vrock is going to be on again this year. Hell yes!

Anyway. *sigh* It was a whirlwind of a trip, full of ups and downs and crazy antics. For all those who we said we’d meet up with and didn’t, sorry about that. We took a laptop but the damn thing kept spazzing out so we had no internet for contacting people. Which blowed. But anyway.

I’ll do a full report at some stage, and a live review for the most amazing concert of the year. Over the Edge went off and oh dear god, I hope all the cameras mean that they are putting it to DVD. Lynch. kicked ass, Yusuke got utterly trashed and stumbled around clinging to people at the countdown, Awoi went crazy and Tats lived up to his usual drunk antics.

For the less Jrock side of things, I caught up with all my boys in Osaka and Tokyo, so that was nice. Fall in love with Nov and Masami all over again and lost my heart to a few random guys, waiters and busboys. Lyu from Modern Pirates even remembered me and is looking forward to when I come back so we can catch up properly. Hell yes for good contacts there. It was so good to see them all again, but fuck, it makes it real this time. They remembered me just as I remembered them and that kinda hits home and makes it more substantial and real and thus makes he hurt more to leave. Fuck life, huh?

Anyway, I need food and to take some tablets to try and get rid of this weird feeling of not being able to hear a damn thing. Fuck my life, this sucks. As we said during boring bands at OtE: Just close your eyes and think of Hazuki.

Over and out for now.

Title: Half Past Four; Shifting Gear
Author: seiyoku
Chapter: 2/?
Rating: Hard R
Genre: AU; action/psychological thriller
Warnings: Very graphic violence, drug references, adult themes, excessive swearing and possible character death.
Fandom: J-pop, dorama, J-rock crossover (oh god, here we go...)
Bands: Kat-tun, lynch., the Gazette, girugamesh, Arashi, NEWS, and whoever else I throw in there when I get bored.
Pairings: Akame (Miroku/Kame), Seishiro/Miroku and Hazuki(lynch.)/Aoi(gazette) simply for SHOCK factor
Disclaimers: Hell used to belong to Satan; and then Kat-tun took over and turned it into a disco rave party... in the back of a Rescue Rangers bus!
Dedicated to: zurui_koi and hereticpop as they are probably the only ones who will read this, let alone get a kick out of it.
Authors notes: There is not enough kick-ass fics out there so I am going to go and blow some shit up and hopefully make a splash.

Now, this is going to be pretty damn dark and deals with the ideas of mind control, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and hypnosis. Mixed with bikes, guns, drugs, police and explosions, of course. So it will be a bumpy, non-fluffy ride. Consider yourselves warned.

Summary: A girl glasses a stranger in a bar, then throws herself off a building; a man drives his car into a petrol pump, killing five people.

Completely unrelated incidents in a city as sprawling as Osaka. Or so the police think.

During his high school days in the Yukan Club, Miroku had thought he'd seen and done it all. But six years later, his idea of a peaceful life gets turned upside down when a bar fight transforms his work into a crime scene.

As the body count rises, Miroku finds himself roped further and further into the darker side of Osakan nightlife. In the midst of Shinsaibashi, random murders and suicides mix with party drugs and turf wars, all of which link back to a single phone number. Yet with the only suspect on the run, Miroku is sure that there is more to the story than what meets the eye.

Determined to get to the bottom of the case, he gives chase, leading him through the winding tracks of Japan's biggest drug route; out of Osaka, straight through the bosozoku controlled Nagoya and back to his home city of Tokyo.

Jin - Rescue
Title: Nom Nom; Bang Bang
Author: seiyoku
Chapter: 1/?
Rating: Hard R
Genre: AU post apocalyptic zombie battle. Black comedy/almost crack
Warnings: ZOMBIES! So the usual, blood, gore and violence, character death, swearing and dark humour (I take no prisoners. No character is safe from hilarious knee-slapping ridicule)
Fandom: J-pop
Bands: Kat-tun, NEWS, Kanjani8
Pairings: Akame
Disclaimers: Hell used to belong to Satan; and then Kat-tun took over and turned it into a disco rave party... in the back of a Rescue Rangers bus!
Authors notes: Ok, it is like... a serious parody even though I'm not too sure how that works. Plus, superhero Jin cause isn't that idea just hilarious?! And it is sooo politically incorrect; nothing is safe from ridicule (can't stress this enough, so consider yourselves well warned)

Oh, and the summary has nothing to really do with anything. Ha. Just an info-mercial.

Summary: Is your house surrounded? Are the hoards of the undead scraping at your door causing you night after night of terror? Is something currently gnawing on your arm?

Well then, call Akanishi Jin, Zombie Hunter Extraordinaire and his crack team of professionals and see what they can do for you!

Call NOW, before it's too late!

Jin - Attitude
Title: Addiction
Author: seiyoku
Rating: R
Genre: angsty retrospective slutty ficlet
Warnings: Drug references, sexual references, swearing
Pairings: Akame
Disclaimers: Hell used to belong to Satan; and then Kat-tun took over.
Authors notes: Weee! They are rockstars! Let's give 'em booze and drugs cause it makes for great fanfic plot bunnies.

Dedicated to my dear zurui_koi. Happy Birthday! We need to go clubbing!

Summary: Drink after drink; shot of tequila and shot of absinthe and then back to the start. Loops and circles, vicious and never ending and Kame would be a shaking, pleading mess by the end of it. Eyes sunken and knees trembling, he'd lick at parched lips and watch tendrils of smoke roll from the depths of that mouth he craved so much.

Gokusen - Fuck off - Hayato
Title: Neon and glass and a lit cigarette
Author: Seiyoku
Rating: R
Warnings: Rating for swearing and violence and a scene that could be considered gory if you have a squeamish stomach
Fandom: Gokusen
Pairings: Hinted Hayato/Ryu
Disclaimers: Hell used to belong to Satan; and then KAT-TUN took over.
Authors notes: I wanted to get my head around why Hayato and Ryu clashed over the Ara high issue. Sure, Takeda explained it all, but, well, come on, it was a weak explanation. Why were they having issues with Ara in the first place? And what sort of issue would cause two schools to go to war... and yet be resolved with just Ryu talking to the other side...? Did that seem sus to any of you, or am I the only one?

Also, I wanted to expand on why the school saw Ryu as such an evil source who they wanted off campus, so I asked myself; if two kick ass guys get into a fight on school grounds, how big would be it? What would be the damage and how far would it go? Plus, how is it that only Ryu was reprimanded and Hayato didn't get expelled before the show even started?

Summary: Pre Gokusen.
Every story has a beginning; every beginning has an end.

Three little words started it, spat out between rival gangs and answered with fists. A beer bottle turned the fight into an all out war and the war sparked a betrayal unlike anything else.

What started in the neon glow of Tokyo's back streets found its climax amidst broken glass and bloodied fists in the graffiti covered halls of Kurogin High, prompting two friends to turn their backs on all they know.

It ended the day they both tumbled through the window.Collapse )
